Gold award winning at the World Cheese Awards Harrogate Blue which is matured for at least 10 weeks to ensure that it has real depth of flavour with a rich creaminess made by Shepherds Purse on the family farm in Thirsk.
The Soft Ripened Cheese
Little Mester is a vegetarian ripened soft cheese made with pasteurised Cows' milk made in Sheffield. It is matured for approximately 4 weeks to create a soft creamy core with a gooey edge and great for eating by itself or baking for a delicious starter.
The Hard Cheese
The Abbots Mature Cheddar has the full flavour of a mature cheddar with a smooth rounded finish from one of Yorkshires most famous cheese makers, the Wensleydale Creamery at Hawes.
